Data collected

After TikTok authorization, the service stores the account identifier, account name, authorization tokens, profile statistics, public video metadata and public engagement statistics.

How data is used

Data is used only to authenticate authorized accounts, synchronize daily metrics and create internal performance reports for HER.

Storage and security

Authorization tokens are stored in Google Cloud Firestore and are not written to Google Sheets. Reporting metrics are stored in a HER-controlled Google Sheet. Access is limited to authorized personnel.

Sharing

HER does not sell TikTok account data. Data is shared only with service providers required to operate the dashboard, such as TikTok and Google Cloud.

Retention and deletion

Data is retained while the account remains connected or as required for business reporting. Account owners may request disconnection and deletion by contacting HER.
